Digital, transparent and sustainable

The Digital Product Passport

The digital product passport is the central digital element of the European circular economy, designed to make products transparent, comparable and sustainable throughout their entire life cycle. It bundles structured information on materials, origin, carbon footprint, reparability, recyclability and legal requirements or conformities. The Digital Product Passport enables the secure exchange of product data along the entire value chain.

Providing DPP

To date, there have been numerous initiatives across Europe aimed at creating and marketing complex cross-supply chain solutions for DPP.

freeDPP is specifically designed to meet the requirements of smaller businesses and DPP service providers. freeDPP is easy to implement, understandable and powerful enough to grow with your business.

To make it easier for you to implement the Digital Product Passport, we offer two solutions: freeDPP as an SME-friendly open source implementation and DPP Server as a hosted application if you want to place your DPP publication on a reliable, managed and yet cost-effective basis in Austrian data centres. Both solutions enable the structured collection, management and provision of product data in accordance with current standards.
